General Terms & Conditions 

Your order will be dispatched within 48 Hours of completion of payment unless specified on the shop homepage.

All items for UK delivery are posted using 1st Class Recorded, this service provides a tracking facility. The Royal Mail aim to deliver items by the next working day, however, please alow upto five working days for the item to be delivered. If you are unavaliable to sign for your item, it will  be held for one week at your local sorting office, & a calling card will be left at your address. It is your responsability to collect your item within one week of the card being left, or it will be returned to us. Items which have been returned to us will incur a re-delivery charge of £3.50 for 1-2 bottles & £4.50 for 3-4 bottles, this is to cover additional postage, packaging & admin costs.

International items are posted via 'signed for' service which requires a signature upon delivery. If you are unavaliable to sign, your item will be held locally and a calling card left. It is your responsability to arrange collection or re-delivery by your country postal service. All items which are returned to sender will incur a flat rate of £9.00 for re-delivery. 

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make contact using the email sue@vapeliquid.com  . Please choose your flavour & strength carefully. If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your UNOPENED bottles to us.  We are unable to offer refunds on unopened bottles, unless the item is faulty. Make contact using the email address sue@vapeliquid.com & we will forward you  details of your return address & a return number.  With exception to an item being faulty,  you (the buyer) are responsable for all return postage costs, we reccomend you use recorded delivery as we accept no responsability for items lost in the post.
